Stem cells are cells in your body that have not yet differentiated into a specific type of cell. We obtain them from either the patient’s own adipose tissue or bone marrow. So, stem cells can transform into any type of cell when placed in the right environment.
What does stem cell therapy treat?
Stem Cells can treat any area in the body, and virtually regenerate that tissue. At Core Medical Center, we use Stem Cell Therapy to treat neuromuscloskeletal conditions, including those listed above. Although Stem Cells can become any tissue type, some of the desired tissue must still be present for the stem cells to copy them.
